Apple Sauce...

Today (Sunday) I spent the entire day cleaning, making meals, decluttering and throwing a whole bunch of stuff out. I also started boiling/steaming veggies and apples for my Liger. I have to say that this was the first time I really used my food mill, and I absolutely ♥ it! I can mill apples down to the seeds and core, and only the flesh will go through, and the rest, including the skin, stays put. I also made sweet potatoes and carrots, and then cauliflower. I made Diego some mac n cheese from scratch and snuck some pureed cauliflower in there. It blended in perfectly, and he ate it without hesitance or suspicion.

That mil is so cool! Is this like what Carla uses for her grains?

No Brandi and Carla have a grain mill, I'm not a bread person so I never got into the whole bread craze.
