R&R

This Saturday German, Diego and I will be going up to Naples for a few days, and my brothers and mom will be driving down from St. Pete to meet us there. We will all be checking into one of the Marriotts by the beach, and thanks to my brother Alex the hotel stay will come at a fraction of the cost! Needless to say, I am super excited! Not only will I have both my families with me on our vacation, but also Diego will have his nana and his uncle to keep him entertained! That means less for me to do! And I'm also excited because for the first time in years I will be going back up to St. Petersburg, and I am looking forward to seeing my cousins and a few friends. I will not be carrying out my role as wife and mother while I'm up there; I will simply be a daughter and a sister, for on the day we all check out German and Diego will be going back to Ft. Lauderdale...without me! Now THAT is a vacation! No one to take care of for a couple of days! I need it, and I deserve it! And while I am up there, we are going to eat TONS of sushi, and go on a shopping spree! Now that I can't wait for, because I need new threads, and it will be envigorating to shop at my own pace, with peace of mind, and no child to keep an eye on, or struggle with. That is what I call real R&R!! =)
