I Miss You

How can it hurt so badly to miss you? It hasn't been a full two weeks yet since you've been gone, but I feel like this hurt will linger forever. I'm GLAD you're with Him, but I MISS YOU! How can I raise my son without you? Mom, this is so hard. You were such an essential part of my strength. You were the best example of that. And just knowing you were around made me feel like so much more than I am now. I feel like half a person with you gone. I will always love you, mom. It hurts to go through motherhood without my mother.
